Cyclists have the option of catching a bus ride from Darlington Raceway to Columbia, SC departing at 5:30am on Saturday. Click HERE for Saturday Overnight Info Cyclists participating in the one-day ride will join the tour in Darlington, SC on Sunday. Lunch will be served approximately 60 miles into the route. Headed eastbound on US 76, leaving Darlington, we will ride in a coned LEFT-HAND lane for approximately 4 miles. The roads from Darlington to the beach are essentially flat. Expect headwinds on SC 9. On SC 9, we share the road with cars traveling 55 mph or more. (Be careful, and ride smart!)

Please be on time! Riders start in staggered flights until 8:30am. Late arrivals (anytime after 8:30am) will be transported to the last cyclist and will begin from there.

From Charleston: Take I-26 West. Take EXIT 169B to get on I-95 North going towards Florence. Take EXIT 164 to get on US-52 North to Darlington. In Darlington, turn LEFT onto SC 34 / 151 (Harry Byrd Hwy). Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From Charlotte: Take US 74 East (Independence Blvd) for approximately 30 miles to Wadesboro. Turn RIGHT onto US 52 South. In Darlington, turn RIGHT onto SC 34 / 151 (Harry Byrd Hwy). Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From Columbia: Take I-20 East towards Darlington & Florence. Take EXIT 131, US 401. Turn LEFT onto US 401 North. Turn LEFT onto Honeybee Drive. Turn SHARP RIGHT onto Indian Branch Road. Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From Greenville: Take I-385 South out of Greenville. I-385 becomes I-26 East. Take EXIT 107B to get on I-20 East towards Florence. Take EXIT 131, US 401. Turn LEFT onto US 401 North. Turn LEFT onto Honeybee Drive. Turn SHARP RIGHT onto Indian Branch Road. Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From Richmond County Senior High School: Turn left out of the main entrance onto US-1. Follow US-1 South to Cheraw. When US-52 seperates from US-1, follow US-52. In Darlington, turn RIGHT onto SC 34 / 151 (Harry Byrd Hwy). Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From Ridge View High School: Turn RIGHT out of school onto Hard Scrabble Road. Turn LEFT onto Clemson Road. Take I-20 East towards Darlington & Florence. Take EXIT 131, US 401. Turn LEFT onto US 401 North. Turn LEFT onto Honeybee Drive. Turn SHARP RIGHT onto Indian Branch Road. Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From North Myrtle Beach Middle School: Take US 17 Southwest. Follow US 17 to US 17 Bypass. Take US 501 WEST. Follow US 501 to Marion. Then pick up Hwy 576. Go WEST on US 76. Turn RIGHT onto US 52 North in Florence. In Darlington, turn LEFT onto SC 34 / 151 (Harry Byrd Hwy). Turn LEFT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".

From Weddington High School: Turn left onto SR-84 East. Follow Weddington Rd to US-74 East (Independence) through Monroe. Turn right onto Hwy 601 and follow it until it becomes Hwy 151 in Pageland. Continue on Hwy 151 to Darlington. Just past Darlington Raceway, turn RIGHT onto Race Track Road. Follow signs to Gate 25. Enter through East Tunnel. Tunnel height limit is 7' 6".
